Is it just me or do you find when using safari all your searches.come.out.like this

Why is the period next to the space bar, in nothing else it’s not there.

For years it’s been my biggest issue, I have to always second guess my typing

I’ve never seen that happen in 9 years and 9 iPhones. It’s as if it’s registering a single tap on the space bar as two taps.

It's funny to me because android has the period to the right of the spacebar and comma to the left of it, and those users don't seem to have this issue. Might be that the touch target is larger than the key visual suggests on iOS.

No it’s because the period is next to the space and my fingers always hit it thinking I’m hitting space, it’s silly to put it there

I do this all the time also. Doesn't really bother me since the search engine usually corrects it anyway
Yeah that’s true but it’s so frustrating, such a small fix Apple could do, I was hoping iOS 18 would help
