In other browsers, whenever I refresh a page it takes me back to the same position I'm at on the page when I initiate the refresh. In Safari, however, it always shoots back up to the top. Safari is my fav browser and the one I used when I'm reading my forums; I really would like it if I could get Safari to take me back to wherever I was on the page when I start a refresh. Anyone know how to do this ?

Safari always takes me back to the same place when I refresh. It must be a setting of yours that's causing it not to do so. I don't know which one. You might have to experiment. Are you blocking anything that would let the browser remember where you are--cookies maybe?

That was my thought, but nothing like that is blocked. I have an ad-blbocker that I've had for years but switching that off doesn't resolve the problem.
