Since IOS 10, random web pages do not display correctly on my iPad Pro. They appear partially downloaded or like something you see in "safe mode." Rebooting the IPad corrects the problem for awhile, but then the issue returns. Anyone else having problems?

Same problem on iPhone 6S. Really hope Apple addresses this quick. I just close the tabs and that temporarily solves the problem, but this needs a fix.

Cookies must be having an issue, too. Some websites not maintaining login/password information.

Same problem on iPhone 6. Interestingly, it is always the same few websites that do it for me. Images don't load and I see a text version of the site (if that). Going to a different site looks fine. Clearing all safari cache stuff fixes it but of course that sucks having to do that.
