Safari Q + upgrade or new install?

Safari - in full screen mode, command N does not open a window, it in turn creates a new tab. any one else experiencing that? this was an upgrade from 10.11.6


With that, any issues upgrading with this os? in the past most upgrades were painless. Sierra seems to be hit or miss

Yeah, it opens a new tab for me as well, however I don't have any other issues with Sierra so far.

yeah none too much either., just odd the File menu shortcuts indicate the proper shortcuts but the actual shortcuts do not apply when used
