Have an iPad Air 1st generation. Safari was fine with iOS 9 and
had that safari quitting in iOS 8, The only problem I had with iOS 9 was
"A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded" now i get that and
safer just quits by itself with iOS 10.

Does this happen on a particular page (or pages)? Do you have a lot of pages open? Have you tried clearing Safari data?

I don't have a lot of pages opened. It is random, not on any particular page or website.

Safari also sometimes just eats tabs. You'll notice it when you open up the browser and one of your tabs is just a plain white page.

Safari has locked up on my iPad Mini 4 3 times since iOS 10 was released to the public. Never happened on the betas. I had to restart the device once.
