Other Safari reading list to PC?

*It doesn't seem like this is the right forum for this but I'm not really sure which one would be.

I use my Safari reading list on my iPhone pretty often. I usually save stuff that needs to be dealt with on my computer. However, I'm currently using a Windows computer and I see that Safari is no longer supported.

Is there a way to link my iPhone's reading list to either iCloud, Windows, or Firefox?

Looks like I found my workaround with an app called Pocket. Disregard this thread.
