If you are browsing say oh I don't know, macrumors forums, and you are at the bottom of the page of a thread and you want to reload, you have to either scroll all the way up or tap the top of the screen to get the address bar and reload button. Don't you think it should be at the bottom of the screen so you can simply hit reload anytime and it will bring you back to the bottom of the thread where you already were?
