iPad Safari scrolling lag

I did initially post in the iPad section as i thought it might be an iPad mini 4 issue, but it seems it could be IOS 9 related. Hence posting here.

Here is a video of what happens after browsing around 7 or 8 web pages in safari.

I was going to try IOS 9.1 Public beta but its not even out for the iPad mini 4 yet.

Done a reset and a restore setting up as new, still got the issue.

Anyone else getting this effect.

I had same issue with air2 on 9.0.
Upgraded to 9.1 and issue solved.

Seeing the same exact thing on my Mini 3 and family iPad 4.

It comes and goes. It can be pretty bad sometimes and makes surfing some sites intolerable. IOS 9.1 can't come fast enough.

9.01 update did nothing to alleviate the horrible Safari scrolling lag on my iPad Air. Sigh.
