I was under the impression that you could use tabbed browsing in Safari out of the box..

I can't see any optin for this, and after a bit of searching on the forum/web can only find info about installing AppleScripts or Safari Plug-Ins to achieve this.

If so, which solution is best and easy? Anything up to par with Firefox's tabbed browsing and the TabMix Plus extension?

Thanks

i think it must be all the excitement trying to get a much working as set up as i could in a short space of time..

i think the answer is to relax and enjoy and take my time :)

When I made the switch I ran into quite a few problems (e.g., burning CDs, installing software), that really bugged me at first. However, every time I found the solution I realized that it always seemed to be the most intuitive, and I had overlooked it because I was used to having to come up with complicated/creative solutions in windows.

So my bit of advice is this: When you get stuck, sit back for a second and try to think of what the *easiest* answer might be. It won't always be right, but it's been right enough of the time that it always brings a smile to my face.

Enjoy the iMac!
