I always keep a tab or two open in Safari and in the past they've always been persistent, even if they sometimes required a refresh upon opening the app. Several times since yesterday, I have opened the Safari app only to find a new tab (showing my bookmarks) staring back at me.

This is a pretty big problem for me, as I sometimes open pages as a reminder to look at something later.

Anyone else?

Yes, seeing this too. For me, it's always the last open tab. It's been happening since the beta. I reported it, but still not fixed.

I've learned to just keep a "dummy" tab open, so if it gets lost its not a big deal.

I've had this happen on iPhone 6 & now 7, as well as an iPad Mini. What usually happens is that I'm in Safari (several tabs open) then got to another app. Then sometimes when going back to Safari, either soon after or much later, the last tab is now just empty and showing my bookmarks. Not easily reproducible since it happens sporadically.
