iPhone Safari themes?

I have installed a few themes and sadly none have a themed safari. Is it not possible to do anymore on the iPhone 5? I'm not a fan of the blue UI a black themes one would be nice.

Does anybody know of some safari themes, do they exist?

If you go into private browsing in safari settings, it will give you a nice black theme.
