Safari Toolbar graphical bug

Hi,

I've been using a 12'' MacBook (2015) since October/November 2016 and this graphical bug keeps existing. Is there anything I can do without installing macOS again?

It's very annoying!

It appears sometimes and disappears when I move the cursor onto the toolbar.
