Is there any way to block video ads?

One of my favourite websites has implemented new video ads and they stop the music playback. Every article I visit I have to open CC and resume playback.

I don't mind ads in general but these video ones are very frustrating.

I had a look but none seem to have Safari integration so would be pointless.

Can you recommend any?
