Which is the safari version and build of Safari on macOS High Sierra (17D102)?

I am asking this because this is the second time I make a clean install and no Apple pay in Safari prefences
the first time was there...

The site you are purchasing from has to accept apple pay. This article explains how it works. It is not a preference option in Safari.
