Since I updated to El Capitan, when i am watching a video on safari and enlarge the video to full screen, every couple of seconds the image starts to flicker and additionally i have problems with the color (the black parts seems negative).
With google chrome i have no issues.
I have update to 10.11.2 but it doesn't solve the problem.

Maybe someone has an idea?

First thing is get rid of Clean my Mac. That app causes more problems that is solves on a Mac.

You have three adblockers running in Safari. I would try completely turing off extensions in Safai to see if that helps.

You have a LOT of third party apps and lacuna items running. Try holding the shift key when booting to boot to safe mode. That will stop all those launch and startup items from running. If the problem goes away in safe mode, then you know it is a startup or launch item causing the problem and you can start removing them until you find the culprit.

F.lux caused this issue for me, went away when I disabled it.
