Safari Website Notifications have Stopped in OS X Yosemite

After upgrading my late 2013 rMBP to Yosemite, the Safari website notifications have stopped showing up. Anyone else experiencing the same thing and if so, any thoughts on how to fix this?

Just noticed, same here. They've actually disappeared form the Notifications section in Settings. And going back to the sites doesn't give the option to enable them again. Strange
