Apologies if this is old news or in the wrong forum, but has anyone noticed Safari sometimes screwing up the colours on graphics?
I see it most often on a site with weather charts I look at. Here is an example of what the chart is supposed to look like. I've zoomed in in the colour key so you can see that it is meant to be a natural transition from light to dark blue (rainfall amounts).
However it often shows up like this:
This is exactly the same GIF image, in fact the first two times I refreshed the page just now I got the messed-up colours and on the third try it came up correctly. I don't think it is a problem with the site as I get the same problem on a rain radar site I use too.
Searching for the problem brings up plenty of hits about a colour shift problem on Safari 6 in Mac OS but nothing in iOS.
I'm on an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.4 but I noticed the same issue on my old iPhone 4 too.
Any ideas?
