I have both an Ipad2 and an Ipad 4 and the website data under safari in advanced settings will not clear. I contacted apple support and they were no help. They did indicate there was some kind of problem but would not elaborate.
Also associated with this error is DELAYED TYPING, sometimes the delay is as long as 10 seconds or more per character, and popups warning that safari is corrupted. I forwarded several screen shots to apple support but have received no response or resolution. Both Ipads are running the current version of IOS. Both ipads have been factory reset and the problem persists. I believe that the problem is reloaded when I restore via itunes but cant prove it. Regardless I am curious if others have experienced these problems and if anyone has had any success in clearing these problems.
