InSafari you can go to the Safari menu item 'View' to Zoom Safari windows. Then you will noticed that there are key combinations listed for Zoom in Safari that are command button+plus symbol.
Other apple keyboard shortcuts are found in System Preferences->Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts and are also at Apple's keyboard shortcuts web page.
You can do this with a css file.
Create a text file with the following:
body {
zoom: 130%;
}
Name the file whatever you want and use .css for the file extension.
Now go into Safari Preferences Advanced and change the style sheet to point to the file you just created.
Now every site you visit will be at 130% zoom level. The 130% is what I use, so feel free to change the percentage in the css file to whatever zoom percentage works for your display.

Hiya okay I made and saved a file on textedit. I copied and pasted your info and then renamed it with extension .css and it was able to be recognised. But still I'm stuck on the standard zoom level?
Just use my solution?
Hiya Wolf, Safari is super slick for me, chrome slightly lags. Also some plugins dont work right. Sky news for example, I can't watch any video. And Amazon.co.uk site, I cannot seem to go back a page.
So I needs my Safari! But the font is just too small for my eyes.
Then tell Safari to make the font bigger:So I needs my Safari! But the font is just too small for my eyes.
Yep. Macs using Safari have been known to burst into flames. LOL!IMO I would just suggest that you don't use Safari unless it's absolutely necessary.
