Since I updated to Safari 15.5 it will not work properly on Vanguard Mutual Funds. When I want to see stocks in weslley income it hangs, or gives no response at all. I do not have add blockers or extensions, and I emptied the cash.

I solved the problem by going back to Catalina, Monterey not ready yet, to many things wrong. My decision came when I received hash volume warning.
I have noticed this kind of thing on iPadOS 15.5, which would not open arcamax.com in Safari, for example, as well as other websites, including some that were utility sites. I also noted the same thing on macOS 12.4. All of the unusable sites worked on other browsers.
After futzing around a bit, I was able to fix this.
On macOS, go to setttings-Network and turn off "Limit IP Address Tracking".
On iOS or iPadOS go to Settings-Wi-Fi and tap the "I" for information button to the right of your connected wifi network. Turn off "Limit IP Address Tracking".
Fixed it for me.
