Just realized that Apple tweaked a feature in Safari 9.0 us software developers need, namely the ability to hide the toolbar and its distracting URL window and toolbar extensions when taking browser screenshots.
The command that replaced it "Always Show Toolbar In Full Screen" only affects full screen use. Unfortunately, if you want to show a simple window with zoom buttons and nothing else, you're SOL.
I hope someone addresses this because it's a huge PITA and I'm sure Apple won't do anything about it.
And no, you can't do this in Google Chrome either, I've tried to find solution for Chrome for years...
