when i install tweaks then it takes safe mode unfortunately . so what is the cause that most of the tweaks cause safe mode booting then i have to uninstall it to get rid of. so please tell me friends
does it happens for all device or due to it is iphone 4s so it is happening.?
can we get rid of and enjoy the tweaks ?
is there any method to know which tweaks is causing this safe mode booting?
does this safe mode booting harms device
please help me friend ..

Safe mode certainly doesn't harm your device. In fact, it can actually SAVE your jail broken device from a restore. There is really no method to see which tweak is conflicting. Uninstall any tweaks you have updated or installed since you were put in safe mode. Install one by one until you find the culprit. This is not because you have a 4S. Not all tweaks play nice with each other and you may have some installed that are not yet fully functional on 8.1.

it means there is no any solutions to get those tweaks to run on my device...somthing liike installing substrate or any other things?

Substrate should be installed by default unless you uninstalled it. I'm not saying every tweak you have installed is causing an issue. But at least one is not playing nice with your currently installed tweaks.

Well first you need to find out what's causing it. I had some trouble couple of days ago and it turned out it was CallBar and Springtomize had some conflicts. So I removed Sprintomize and no more safe mode for me.

it means it is the only solution that i have to remove the trouble causing app? and i will never get chance to use that tweaks ever?

You have to understand that there is a wide range of devices and versions of iOS that access Cydia, all the way back to the first jailbreaks.

Consequently, YOU have to make sure that what you are installing is compatible with and useable on your device. Just because you see it in Cydia does not mean it will work on your device.

If what you are installing is not compatible with your device and there is no upgrade, then yes, you can't use it. That's when you email the dev and ask him or her to update the tweak or app.

Cydia is not the app store where you can just install anything you please.

Yes.
It means that the tweaks that are causing problems need to be fixed and updated for your device model and firmware version.
Nothing that can be done on your end to fix that. The particular dev would need to work on updating their package.

Very well said.
Listen to this guy OP.
There's tons of stuff on cydia and not all are compatible with ios 8. Some hacks have been abandoned and haven't been updated for years.
