Is anyone aware of why the process to go into safe mode on the new JB by using the volume button is not working yet ?

At the moment I'm unable to find definitive Information as to why it's not available and what can be done if something does glitch.

CC Controls has a safe mode toggle which is ok unless the phone goes into a boot loop as raised by @eyoungren

The "volume up to disable" feature has also been modified to work correctly after the device has booted, which means you can now disable Substrate on iOS 9.2+ by holding volume up while using the jailbreak app from Pangu.

I think you have to hold the volume up button during the respringing stage of pangu
