I was thinking the samething...will I be able to use iCloud, Apple pay, everything else after I jailbreak?

I know many apps will still need to be updated for iOS 8 but I would like to know if cydia is stable enough for the jailbreak. Like no bugs and stuff

My credit card (Chase bank) was disassociated from apple pay when I removed the passcode to jailbreak (as expected). Unfortunately my bank is unable to re-add it. They sent the auth code many times, but my phone does not acknowledge. Beyond apple pay, everything works fine here.

Cydia is fine and apps are being updated quickly. Now is the time to update and jailbreak before 8.1.1 comes out

That worries me. I didn't turn off my pass code when jailbreaking (just turnednoff touch ID and find my iPhone) so I didn't lose my cards. Apple Pay worked fine for me after, but my main bank adds support on next Friday. If I can't add my cards, this will be my shortest jailbreak ever.

Ended up jailbreaking my plus. Everything went perfectly. Just waiting on cydia apps to update to be compatible with iOS 8. Everything seems stable too. Happy here

It's a big difference especially with the 6+ XBMC is working with the jailbreak. Great app to watch all kinds of stuff.

Good to hear it's eorking good now. I'll probably still wait for the Mac release of Pangu, sounds like it will be soon anyway.

I haven't even used Apple Pay yet, I either forget or the place doesn't accept it. I'm honestly not even sure how to do it. Maybe I should read those articles that tell me how:D.

So far things are ok for me. Just keep your eye on your cpu usage. Sometimes mine will just hang on at 55% and munch the battery away. A reboot usually takes care of this. It says right on the home page of cydia that this is a known issue though. So I wouldn't say things are perfectly stable! I only have two tweaks installed as I'm checking battery life. I have disableparallax and the batterylife tweak installed. Don't install NoMotion as it will make your safari tabs refresh over and over!

It's not working nicely yet on my iPad 4. Safari crashes constantly.

It's a known issue, so hopefully things will get worked out soon.

Apparently 64-bit devices are good to go right now though.

I'm on the iPad 4 too. And yep I just restored back to stock.
