Just bought the iphone x and came with 11.2. I heard ios is buggy recently, should I upgrade to 11.3?

Pretty much. I’ll let apple update this phone as many times as they need till it’s up to par. It actually felt a little bit better after the update.

So random app crash/reboot/slown down is normal for buggy ios now?

Why not wait a little longer and check out reviews on this site and / or on YouTube etc. That will give you a clearer picture without being a guinea pig yourself. Also, if your current version works well, and knowing how Apple is with their software, why do you want to update? If there is nothing mission critical that requires 11.3, why even risk it?

Will there be any trustful review of ios upgrade? Those youtubers look like story teller.

Stay on 11.2 for some time and if you don't like it, upgrade to 11.3. Simple as that.

iOS 11 is trash. But it doesn’t matter if it’s on 11.2 or 11.3 they both suck. Might as well ride it out and hope that 12 is gonna be good. That’s what I’m doin. Going to get on the 12 beta in June.

I’ve never lost anything from an update.. after all they are meant to improve like the other commenter said if nothing else for security reasons. Apple released this phone in such bad condition it can only get better.

Of course. But that’s not a rational reason to fear upgrading. By not upgrading you intentionally forego security updates and bug fixes.

I think even old iphone with ios 9 should be safe in term of security

IOS11.3 was released within 48 hours of me receiving my X.

I didn't hesitate (as I never do). Very smooth & responsive IOS version.

Yes, you should upgrade since iOS 11.3 is fine on X.

Really strange how different people’s experiences are on same hardware...according to some iOS 11 is “unusable” (usually without offering any details) which it clearly isn’t.

No os is perfect but ios 11 is far worse than older ios so people feel mad
