safe to use?

i've read el-capitan can affect the office suite of programs so i haven't changed to el-capitan yet. can anyone update me on the latest. many thanks.

I use office on my macbook running el capitan. Never have had an issue

That link goes to a page for 10.11.1
You might want to upgrade to 10.11.3

I've used Office for Mac with 10.11.3 without any problems.
