Samba access from Windows PC - how to limit?

Hello,

i noticed on my Mac that whenever i enter the IP adress of my Mac from the Windows PC as smb: adress
the whole disk of the mac becomes visible and writable/readable,

although in the settings for filesharing i have enabled just few folders for read/write access.

wondering how can i enable filesharing withouth compromising the whole mac system drive.

sorry, i meant that whenever i type
Win + R (keykombo)
and then
(IP of mac)
the whole system becomes visisble and access.
