Hi Guys, could someone advise if here the default file sharing is still again the Samba (as in Mavericks)? What about the NFS client/server management Is there an optioning the settings? (Similar to the earlier OS versions)?

Default is SMB3

Thank you. Does the NFS management settings are available as well? O, I should use 3rd party NFS Management . Do you have some results on the LAN file transfer with SMB3 between your LAN devices ?

Samba is not in Mavericks or in Yosemite. Apple pulled Samba out as of 10.7 Lion and wrote its own SMB software.
