I looked for an option for changing fields .......

The only real issue is when I hit the trash can it tells me that it couldn't send the email there. Therefore I have to Move to Deleted Items.

I was hoping to map the trash can automatically to deleted items.

Ok I found the option to redirect and now mail is synced between my iPhone and iPad for this particular account.

Mail
Specific mail account
Advanced
Then go into the mailbox behaviors to do some matchmaking
