Samsung 970 EVO 1TB SSD and Sintech ST-NGFF2013-C on Mac Pro 6,1

I've seen the thread that shows that the Sintech ST-NGFF2013-C supports the Samsung 960, but I was wondering if anyone here has used the 970 EVO on a Mac Pro 6,1 using Mojave?

I saw a video on youtube where someone uses the above combo on a MacBook Pro, and it seems to work fine for him, just confirming that it does or doesn't on a Mac since currently they are the same price on Amazon.

Thanks, my question (not clear in the text) is had anyone got it to work with the 970?

I saw several use the 960 but didn't see a post about the 970.

The 970 works too, check the Amazon reviews for that adapter I linked to in my post on that thread. Lot's of 970s in use.

Great news thanks! The adapter wasn't in stock at Amazon just ordered it from ebay!

Cant wait, and can't wait until Apple updates the drivers so I can use Boot Camp!
