As often mentioned everywhere on the www and certainly in this forum: a Samsung 970 EVO plus gives problems in iMacs.
In my 2019 27" iMac, I did also install such Blade SSD in January. Like lot's of people's experience: it works well for a few weeks and then starts with eg. slow boots due to TRIM incompatibility.
It seems to be a Monterey vs Samsung SSD's issue.
Has somebody already tried the iMac - EVO plus combo with MacOS Ventura?
