Hi All,
I'm connecting Samsung 990 NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB to iMac externally via USB enclosure (USB 3.2). It is Ugreen enclosure.
It worked fine for the first time, I managed to copy files to/from 990.

After iMac reboot, the SSD device is not mounting on iMac. Clicking on mount from Disk Utility gives error. Device does show up on Disk Utility.
Could not mount “Samsung990”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 0.)

Samsung Magician software also doesn't see the SSD drive.

There is no issue with the SSD or enclosure as such as I've connected it to another systems - Windows 11 and Ubuntu - and it all shows up on both and I can see my files on it.

On MacBook pro it also gives same issue so it seems it is to do with macOS problem?

Anything to try to fix this issue on iMac?

If it’s formatted as NTFS or exFAT, run a disk check from Windows, then try to connect it again to macOS.
