I just found this.
I think it's pretty embarrassing for them.

“A professional model for stock image site Shutterstock.com,” John Brownlee reports for Cult of Mac, “once did an entire set of images called ‘Pretty Woman Lying On The Sofa Holding Her Smartphone.’ And that smartphone in question is clearly an iPhone 3G/S.”
“Okay,” Brownlee reports. “[Check out this] recent Samsung ad, and what do you know?”
Brownlee reports, “The model’s iPhone has been artlessly photoshopped into a Samsung Galaxy S4, even though that device features a 5-inch display that is so large, the phone’s tiny size in the model’s hand implies a woman who is over eight-feet tall.”
I'd advise people not to go to that link. The page is a bombardment of advertising pop ups and if you click for more on the article on that age you will get fake Facebook pop ups - opening links phishing for your details.
OP, you could have cut and paste the article (or the small paragraph that is there) and posted the image, without redirecting us to a site that could potentially fill some users computers with adware / malware / phishing scam if they aren't on a mac.
The fact that the article is on a site so laden with that much crap - shows how much merit there is to the article.
To save people from web crap overland, here is the text and photo. Don't use the site,....
And in answer to the article. Its a stock image. They can do what they like with it once they have bought the licence to use it. They are doing nothing wrong, its what stock images are for and it happens the world over in every design / marketing / publishing house..... Samsung marketing / design team have done nothing wrong or disingenuous, there is NO embarrassment. End of.....

Here's another more reliable website that talks about it: http://www.cultofmac.com/227604/sam...shops-a-galaxy-s4-into-an-iphone-models-hand/
Honestly, even if it's a stock image, I think it's pretty sad to see that they HAD do chose the same that Apple used. Like if it's the only stock image available on earth...
I went to that page with both Firefox 21 and IE and nothing popped up.
