Here are my impressions:
A3: This looks great for a low-end phone. 720p display shouldn't be bad, much less scaled than the old A3, and build looks great. If it sells for the same £249 it should be great for the money. In my opinion it should have been called the A4.
A5: Looks to be a great phone for those who think the S6 is too expensive. Moves up to a Snapdragon 600 series processor (presumably) and a 1080p display. Still no word on the fingerprint scanner though. As with the A3, I wish they changed the name
A7: If this phone had come out earlier, I might have gotten it over the S6 Edge+. All the compromises are insignificant to me, apart from maybe the 16GB storage, but I still have yet to half my storage on my Edge+, so I would have been able to last a few months without an SD Card. And with the 3300mAh battery and Snapdragon 600 series processor (again presumably) this would have killer battery life compared to the Edge+
A few other opinions:
The black front and gold frame and back looks absolutely stunning. I was hoping that Apple would do this with the 6S, hopefully they can learn this time.
This is a 2016 phone, and it's coming out with Lollipop. Just why Sammy? You had and still have plenty of time to build a Marshmallow based lineup. But they completely blew it.
Please can you just give us the names of the processors? 1.6GHz octa-core processor means jack.
Fingerprint scanner? No word?
Where is the A9? I thought they said that we'll hear something about that today.
