Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite Leaked

So it looks like Samsung want to release a seemingly cheaper Note 3 as Sammobile and GSMArena have managed to get pictures and specs of this device. Its basically a Note 2 in a Note 3's body.

I assume its targeted at emerging markets? If not then diluting a successful brand is questionable but then they do have a part record of doing so...
