Samsung gave me an extra 100 on my Note 7 refund!

They lost my first check and had to issue a 2nd, I just got it today and was surprised to see and extra 100 for the delay. It was supposed to be 879.99, they never mentioned me getting extra. They also gave me a refund check for $594 on an S6 Active they strung me along on a few months ago and they ended up fixing my phone. I didnt know if that was a mistake or not so I never called them to ask.

I think they know they have a lot of stupidity and arrogance to atone for and want to start putting their best foot forward.

Everyone in NZ who purchased a Note 7, myself included, got the extra 100 dollars.

It wasn't a mistake.

Well my first check was 879.99 or that is what they told me, either way I am more than please considering I only paid 625 for it!

Over here they gave us a J5 (NZ300+$) to keep during the exchange program and when the exchange phones were recalled.
On the second recall they gave everyone 100 dollars in some form or another.

While the whole saga was a pain in the ass, Samsung did make the effort to keep us happy.
