Samsung hm16hji (or other Hybrid HD) in Macbook Pro ?!

since the 80gb i've got in my mbp are pretty limited i have thought about upgrading my harddisk (btw, nice tutorial)

the samsung hm16ji/hi 160gig 2,5'' is 85euros , whereas the
hm16hji with 256mb of flash memory is 118euros. (as far as i can see the disk itself is the same except for that extra flash mem)

I'm just wondering if anyone has already tested ons of these drives and especieally if the extra flash memory is of any use, speedwise...
