Samsung NV40

I'm looking for a new digital camera. It needs to have at least manual mode (aperture priority would be nice, too). I'm interested in the Samsung NV40 that goes for about $210 on Amazon. Do you use it? Is there a better camera out there for a similar price (I can't go above $300).

You could probably snag a used canon g9 for that price.
