MP 1,1-5,1 SAMSUNG NVME 980 & 990 PRO IN MACPRO 5.1 COMPATIBILTY

Hello Guys

I use one samsung 970 PRO NVME one EVO and two EVO PLUS series on my highpoint 7101 A in my macpro 5.1

I plan to replace my 970 pro and buy a bigger one 520 Go is not enough for my system

Does the Samsung NVME 980 and 990 compatible with my Macpro ? I know they are with my highpoint

Regarding the wiki there is a compatibility issue regarding Samsung NVMe 980 and 990 Pro.
