Any suggestions on where to pick up an SM951 512GB AHCI (MZHPV512HDGL-00000)? Quite hard to find these days, particularly at a reasonable price.

You can find them on NewEgg and Ebay, but "reasonable prices" seem to be out the window at the moment. Prices have really spiked recently.

You will be lucky to find any new AHCi versions from companies. You may get the odd used one on auction sites. Shme Samsung stopped manufacturing them.

Prices are all over the place now. A few months back, new 512GB blades were selling for $280-300. Now cheapest prices I've seen are in the $400s.

I actually managed to score a 512GB SM951 for $240. Then, I sold my 512GB SSUBX for $310.
