Samsung T5 as bootdrive

Hey guys,

I bought the T5 to use it as the boot drive of my 21inc iMac late 2015.

I now tried to set it up like explained in videos or in Apple Support Thread.

The following problem occurs:
The SSD is never shown, when I try to choose my boot drive. I formated it as extended journaled...
but I can't do partitioning on it.
Is there some sort of barrier in the T5, that I have to remove? Can anyone help me pls?

SOLVED: not every Drive was shown in disc utility, but only the existing partitions of the drives. So you have to choose "show all devices". In German Darstellung -> Alle Geräte zeigen.
