Will people still be able to write apps that aren't sandboxed (Like apps that wouldn't be allowed on the AppStores) using Swipe, or does the simplification and removal of the C syntax remove the ability to do so?

Not sure I understand the question. If there's an app you want to write that can't be sandboxed for whatever reason, then you can write that app in Obj-C or Swift (eventually). Doesn't really matter. The sandboxing issue is separate from the language it is implemented in.

My question is:

Does the Swift language automatically sandbox apps as required by Apple, or is that still up to the developer?
