Smells like Core i3-2100 in base 21.5", Core i3-2120 in high-end with option for Core i5-2400S or 2500S (both are much cheaper than current i5-680). Core i3-2120 (or possibly Core i5-2300?) in low-end 27" and Core i5-2400 or 2500 in high-end with option for Core i7-2600

It wasn't leaked. It was released by Intel itself. :)

I can't see anything on Intel's site nor have I seen a press release from Intel. Unless it comes straight from Intel (i.e. they wanted it to happen and it's official), it's a leak ;)

So it's not a significant increase in performance that I should wait?

Not really, early benchmarks say ~15% clock for clock increase and the clock speeds are also higher. It's up to what you do with it of course. Most tasks don't need much CPU so a faster CPU wouldn't help at all.

That ATI Radeon 6850 sounds nice. How do you guys know this/project this? Forgive my naivete'. Based on asdf542 speculation I think I can wait.

Apple currently uses ATI Mobility 5850 in high-end and 5730M in mid-level models. In last refresh, the mid-level GPU was moved to low-end, so Apple may do the same now.

I wouldn't get as far as giving model numbers because the naming system is still open. In desktops, 57xx was succeeded by 68xx and 69xx is the new high-end (more than just dual-chip GPUs). What I can say it's Blackcomb for high-end (68xxM or 69xxM) and Whistler for mid-level (67xxM or 68xxM)

can i ask why there won't be the model with "K" ?

eg: core i5-2500K

what's the difference between the one with and without the "K" ?

thanks

K models have unlocked multiplier and are thus meant for overclocking but since you can't even overclock under OS X, paying more for K model would be totally uselss

Depends what you do with it. Current gens are amazing machines so I wouldn't start waiting for something that will have no effect in your usage.
