Your best (and safest) bet is to wait for the Boot Camp update. It's already in the testing pipeline at Apple, so you shouldn't have to wait long. That update will include the drivers for the new MacBook Pro models.
If you're impatient and don't mind risking screwing up your Windows install somehow, you can get the drivers individually from various sites. There's links scattered in multiple threads on this forum. I know the video drivers for the nVidia 8600M GT are located here: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13407 .
