"Save As..." always on?

Is there a terminal command string that can be used to permanently enable "Save As..." in the File menu? I can keep doing the Option key but it's something I use on a regular basis.

Go to System Pref > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts > +

From there, select All Applications, Menu Title please type "Save As..." without the quotes...

Keyboard Shortcut, just assign Command+Shift+S... click Add...

And you're good to go...
