Save attach'd img/ web img as wallpaper?

Hey I've been trying to figure out how to save an email attachment image as a wallpaper or an image from a website but I've had no luck. Does any know, or know even if u can?

Hold your finger on the photo and click on "Save Image" then go in your camera roll and click the button on the bottom to save as a wallpaper.
