I cannot figure out how to save an email previously saved as an htm file back to an Outlook msg file. I can't even find a program that converts .htm files to .msg files, only ones that do msg to htm.

Do you want to buy the program that does it, or do you want it for free?
I know where you can get a library that will do it, but you will need to code around it. In the same place, there are probably people willing to whip you up this simple program, but they will want payment most likely.
