All iPads Save recently deleted pictures

I just put alot of pictures in the RECENTLY DELETED file on my iphone.how can i save them to a external drive,jump drive, or maybe somewhere on my ipad before i delete them.just want a backup of them just in case i need them later.

You need to restore them, backup, and delete them again. You cannot use that place to filter out what you want to backup. Use an album and some third party software (such as iMazing) to export based on album or see if photos app can export those photos.

If you are using iCloud Photos, they are in the same folder on your Mac Photos. Back them up from there.

“Recently deleted” is local to device only. He can still get those photos back on that device. It’s just gone from everywhere else.

I just deleted two videos on my iPhone, they are in the RD folder on my iPad and Mac.

I just deleted two videos on my iPhone, they are in the RD folder on my iPad and Mac.

Mine doesn‘t. It only appears on whichever device I deleted that photo/video from.
