Hello there,

I have been trawling round the forum looking for a solution to my problem and though there is a lot written about similar problems (and I have tried some of the solutions suggested) I can't find anything which is exactly like my question.

I have only just (last week) switched to mac and have a new Macbook Pro and have discovered that on safari there is no right-click, save target as option. This is really annoying as I want to continue using classical-music-online.net to get music as I did on my windows PC. Can anyone help, please?

I have already tried opening the developer menu and I have tried using the click to flash extension, but all to no avail.

Rob.

P.s. if anyone who reads this can't help, but likes classical music, then go to the website I mentioned above. It's a really good resource.

When I click on a file with an MP3 link I can right click and select download linked file as and that works exactly how you describe. Unfortunately the website you point to doesn't have those links exposed so a save as via right click isn't going to work no matter what - that's something the website does and it's not related to Safari.

Can't you click the "Save" icon, and then right click the download link on the next page and "download Linked File"? I can...and I'm on an iPad.

I'm able to download the file. I right click and the command is Download Linked file, not Save target as.
