hi all, just got an iphone, how do i copy my contact picture i have for a person to a file on my computer... ??? i like this picture i have for a person on my contact list, but i dont know how to pull out that picture onto my computer....for that matter, how do you pull out any pictures onto your computer???? i cant seem to find anything to drag out of iphone in itunes or windows explorer, somebody plz help!:(

You can email pics from your iPhone to yourself and get it on your desktop system that way.

If you use contacts on the Mac the pictures will be in sync.

so i have to email everything to myself???
i am using a windows PC
....


do i *HAVE* to synch photos or whatever?


do i *HAVE* to email it to myself?

surely there isnt a way to just simply drag it out and drop it....


and how does one email the contact photo???? since it cannot be emailed or whaever
i just want to save a contact photo... i can only delete it or edit it by scaling it i believe

Just set things up so that iPhoto or Aperture opens and automatically ingests all the photos.....

Oh. Just reread your posts and I see that you're using Windows. Sorry, no clue as to how to import photos from the iPhone into Windows, I am sure there IS a way. What photo programs do you have on Windows? I think it would need to be one of those....? I don't remember now, it's been too long since I've used Windows, but I do remember that there is some sort of program in there for handling photo files. Windows Fax and Photo Viewer? Something like that....

Good luck! I hope someone else who is using both Windows and Macs can be of help to you. I am sure that Apple provides a way for Windows users to download into their computer the images they've shot on their iPhone!
